WELCOME TO MULTIVERSE SPA! šŖ Multiverse Spa is your self-care universe, based on your goals and lifestyle. We work with a multiverse of skin types and concerns, combining results-driven and relaxing treatments. With every new client, we explore a new universe, because no two clients are the same. HOW TREATMENTS WORK: Treatments are all-inclusive and freestyle, meaning your treatment is intuitively tailored to what your skin needs that day. Your facial may include Face Pilates (face massage), Hydrofacial (hydrodermabrasion), dermaplaning, chemical peels extractions, oxygen, hydrating infusions, microcurrent, and other targeted treatments based on what is best for your skin. Shoulder, arm and/or hand massage are also included in your experience so you can relax your nervous system and drift off into a dreamscape! ABOUT ME My name is Tera! Iām a Licensed Esthetician with 6+ years of experience. I specialize in creating personalized skincare experiences and helping your skin dreams become reality! Originally set to become a makeup artist, I began to notice that many of my clients wanted to cover up what they saw as flaws rather than accentuate what was already beautiful about them. That realization led me to begin my journey as an esthetician, where I discovered that I had the power to heal with my hands and build genuine connections with people on a deeper level than just the surface of their skin. My passion is to uplift and empower others on their journey to live life on their own terms, while helping them feel seen, heard, valued, and confident from the inside out! š
CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time reserved for each guest, please provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. NEW CLIENTS New client appointments require a non-refundable $45 deposit, which will be applied toward your service at checkout. If you need to reschedule and provide at least a 24-hour notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice will result in the $45 deposit being applied to the missed appointment and will not be transferable to a future appointment. EXPIRED BOOKING REQUESTS If your booking request expires before it is approved, the $45 deposit will be returned to you, and no appointment will be reserved. If youād still like to book, simply submit a new appointment request and deposit. EXISTING CLIENTS Existing clients who cancel or reschedule with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 30% of the reserved service cost. NO CALL, NO SHOWS No Call, No Shows will be charged the full cost of the reserved service, including any deposit already paid. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Any outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late, please contact Multiverse Spa as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure all scheduled appointments remain on time. Excessively late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy. GUESTS & CHILDREN To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved.
