✨️ NEW CLIENTS START HERE ✨️ To help create the best experience possible, please follow the simple steps below when requesting your appointment. 1. Request Your Appointment ☆ Select your preferred appointment time through the booking calendar. 2. Complete Your New Client Form ☆ After submitting your request, you'll receive a form to complete. This helps me learn more about your skin, concerns, goals and prepare for your personalized treatment. 3. Send Your Skincare Routine Photos ☆ Please text your full name and a clear photo of all skincare products you currently use to (832) 356-8421 after submitting your appointment request and/or at least 48 hours before your appointment. 4. Appointment Review & Approval ☆ Once your form and skincare photos have been received, I'll review everything and approve your appointment request. ✨️ LOCATION & ARRIVAL ✨️ • Your treatment time is reserved just for you. Please arrive at your scheduled start time, as I may still be preparing for your visit beforehand. • Multiverse Spa is located inside Amazing Living Center. • If GPS directs you to the back of the building, please continue to the front entrance. • Upon arrival, ring the front doorbell and you will be greeted at the start of your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect the time reserved for each guest, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. New Clients New client appointments require a non-refundable $45 deposit, which will be applied toward your service at checkout. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the $45 deposit being applied to the missed appointment and will not be transferable to a future appointment. Existing Clients Existing clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 30% of the reserved service cost. No Call, No Shows No Call, No Shows will be charged the full cost of the reserved service, including any deposit already paid. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Any outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact Multiverse Spa as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure all scheduled appointments remain on time. Excessively late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved.
